Occupation: Congressional Aide to Sam Farr
Bio: Nancy has been a resident of Salinas for 48 years.  She is a founding board member of MoCHA, and has devoted many hours of service to her community. In 2006, Nancy was honored by the Monterey County Commission on the Status of Women as one of the Outstanding Women of the year.  For the past thirteen years she has had the privilege of working as a congressional aide for Congressman Sam Farr.  Nancy is the proud mother of two children and two grand children.

Occupation: Assistant Vice President of Sales and Special Projects, Chicago Title
Bio: Kathy has been in the Title Insurance business for 28 years and currently is Assistant Vice-President of Sales and Special Projects for Chicago Title.  Kathy is a great resource for the Housing Resource Center because of her knowledge about the title insurance business and active involvement in our community. Kathy was a board member of the Monterey County Housing Alliance and chaired the 2006 Housing Expo offered by MoCHA, as well as serving on the committee for the 2004 Housing Expo. Kathy was born in Monterey.

Kelley Ann Foy

Title: Secretary
Occupation: Realtor
Bio: Kelley Ann Foy, a Veteran of the United States Navy, dedicated 12 years of service to the U.S. as a Chief Petty Officer, Cryptologic Technician. Currently a professional Real Estate agent with Alain Pinel Realtors in Carmel, Kelley Ann’s core  beliefs in integrity, professionalism, and efficiency inspired her to join the Housing Resource Center of Monterey County Board of Directors, where she currently serves as the Chair of the Relocation Committee.   In addition to her work with HRC, Kelley Ann participates in several community groups ranging from her membership in the Monterey Peninsula Quilters Guild to the Women’s Council of Realtors, where she is Vice President of Membership. In addition to her service to our nation and her family, Kelley Ann also volunteers for the AT&T Pro-Am to benefit Monterey Bay Veterans, Inc. and serves as a Monterey County Voter Poll Volunteer. Mary Jo Zenk

Bio: One of the founding board members of the Monterey County Housing Alliance, now an integral component of HRC, Mary Jo brings over 20 years in the affordable housing industry and public finance. Mary Jo is the Program Manager of Institute for Innovation and Economic Development at California State University of Monterey Bay, where she also teaches public and non-profit administration and finance. She is the author of the book, The 7 Keys to Unlocking the Secrets of Your City’s Budget. She consults on budgeting and financial management, as well as affordable housing and community development for several public and non-profit organizations.She currently serves as a Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the County of Monterey. She is a graduate of Leadership Salinas Valley, a Rotarian, and an active community volunteer. Mary Jo has a Master's Degree in Public Management, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She currently serves as Chair of the Board Governance Committee.
